If you choose to use a “click to call” service we provide, the phone number you use may be recorded for up to 3 months.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is intended to explain Ouzo Games’s ("we", "our", or "us") data collection methods related to this site (including its subdomains, features, and any other services available through the site, collectively referred to as the "Site"), and your use or engagement with any features, content, offers, or services we provide through the Site (the “Services”). The section and subsection headings below are for ease of reading only and are not intended for interpretive purposes, although they are meant to facilitate navigation through this Privacy Policy. 

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we do, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site, and the “Last Updated” date at the bottom will reflect the effective date of the revised policy. Any use or access of the Site after such a date indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If significant changes are made, we will provide more prominent notice, such as posting a notification on the Site, seven (7) days before the changes take effect. • Information We Collect. When you access the Site or utilize the Services, we may gather specific details about your visit and interaction with the Site and Services, which may include one or more of the following methods:
  • Information You Provide to Us. Certain Services may require you to provide or submit specific Personal Information to access them. This helps us analyze trends, monitor user engagement, and track interactions with the Site and Services.     We do not share your Personal Information with third parties, except in the following circumstances:
    • Data Storage and Security Platforms (“Data Platforms”); We utilize third-party cloud and storage services for storing and retaining your Information. This means we transfer or share your Information with third-party entities located worldwide, including in the US, for storage or other processing purposes. These entities include Amazon Web Services (with its privacy policy available at: #), which is Privacy Shield certified (more details available here). These Data Platforms may operate globally. We use Data Platforms with stringent privacy and security policies, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. However, their operations are governed by their respective privacy policies.
    • Social Media Platforms. We may share anonymous data with social media platforms (like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for marketing and operational purposes. These platforms may independently collect your Personal Information and combine it with the anonymous data we provide, to which you have separately consented. Any such data processing is governed by the privacy policy of the respective social media platform and is not controlled by us.
    • Other Third Parties. We may share or send your Information to various third parties that assist with our business operations (e.g., customer service operators, email or phone administration providers), help us analyze user interactions with the Site and Services, and assist in improving them. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review when they directly provide services to you. These third parties may be located and operate globally.
    • Enforcement.     • EU Data Subject Rights. Any Personal Information collected by us under this Privacy Policy is managed in compliance with the GDPR. As an EU user, you may:
      • Access the Personal Information we have about you. We may ask you to provide credentials to confirm your identity. If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, please provide the necessary details to correct it.
      • Contact us to withdraw your consent for the processing of your Personal Information. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its withdrawal.
      • Request deletion or restriction of access to your Personal Information. If you exercise any of the rights mentioned above, you may also request that third parties holding your Personal Information act in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
      • Object to the use of your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes, in case it has been used for such purposes.

  • Information Security. We, along with third-party services and affiliate entities, implement robust data security protocols to safeguard the information that is transmitted, processed, and stored on the Site, as well as on our servers and systems. For instance, the Site uses SSL encryption, as do other data transfers. We regularly assess our data collection and security practices to ensure continuous monitoring, work with third-party processing services that meet various security standards, and restrict data access within our organization.
